The famous Kylemore Abbey and Victorian Walled Gardens is a 10 minute drive. It also has a craft shop and Tea Room.

Clifden town is a 15 minute drive and has all the shops, restaurants and bars you would expect to find in a tourist town. It also has a cinema.
